$16,117,444 of Bonds issued by the North Hudson Sewerage Authority

The North Hudson Sewerage Authority successfully issued $16,117,444 of Bonds, consisting of a $13,602,444 Fund Bond (Clean Water, Project 22) and a $2,515,000 I-Bank Bond (Clean Water, Project 22), dated May 13, 2020 to the State of New Jersey and the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank. JP Capizzi served as Bond Counsel to the Authority in this financing.
