$4,225,018 of Bonds issued by the North Hudson Sewerage Authority

The North Hudson Sewerage Authority successfully issued $1,915,041 of Bonds, consisting of
a $915,000 I-Bank Bond (Clean Water, Projects 34, 36 and 38) and a $1,000,041 Fund Bond (Clean
Water, Projects 34, 36 and 38), dated December 22, 2022 to the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank and the
State of New Jersey. JP Capizzi served as Bond Counsel to the Authority in this financing.
