$4,892,030 of Notes issued by the Township of Weehawken

04/06/23: The Township of Weehawken successfully issued $4,892,030 of Notes, consisting of a $4,228,030 Bond Anticipation Note, and a $664,000 Tax Appeal Refunding Note, dated April 6, 2023 to Amboy Bank.  The Notes bear interest at the rate of 4.30% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360- day year) payable at maturity on April 5, 2024. JP Capizzi served as Bond Counsel to the Township in this financing.
