$640,600 Note issued by the Borough of Atlantic Highlands

06/28/23: The Borough of Atlantic Highlands successfully issued a $640,600 Bond Anticipation Note
dated June 28, 2023 to Amboy Bank.  The Note bears interest at the rate of 4.45% per annum (computed
on the basis of a 360-day year) payable at maturity on June 28, 2024. JP Capizzi served as Bond
Counsel to the Borough in this financing.
