Parking Project Note (Township Guaranteed) (Federally Taxable), Series 2023 dated July 25, 2023 to the
Hudson County Improvement Authority. The Note bears interest at the rate of 6.25% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year) payable at maturity on July 24, 2024. JP Capizzi served as Guarantor’s Bond Counsel to the Township in this financing.
