$3,470,000 Note issued by the North Hudson Sewerage Authority

The North Hudson Sewerage Authority successfully issued a $3,470,000 I-Bank Construction Financing Program – Project Note (Clean Water, Project 45) dated October 17, 2025 to the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank.  JP Capizzi served as Bond Counsel to the Authority in this financing.
