$3,330,000 Note issued by the Parking Authority of the Township of North Bergen

The Parking Authority of the Township of North Bergen successfully issued a $3,330,000 Parking Project Note, Series 2025 (NBPA Annex Project) authenticated December 18, 2025 to Amboy Bank.  The Note bears interest at the rate of 3.75% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year) payable at maturity on December 18, 2026.  JP Capizzi served as Bond Counsel to the Authority in this financing.
