The Middlesex County Improvement Authority successfully issued $70,185,000 Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (New Jersey Health + Life Science Exchange – H-3 Project) consisting of $38,020,000 Series 2026 Class IA, $5,000,000 Series 2026 Class IB, $7,165,000 Series 2026 Class IC, and $20,000,000 Series 2026 Class II, authenticated May 15, 2026.  JP Capizzi served as Trustee’s Counsel to Amboy Bank in this financing.
