The Township of Weehawken successfully issued a $2,532,995.69 Emergency Note dated June 12, 2026 to Amboy Bank. The Note bears interest at the rate of 3.65% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year) payable at maturity on June 11, 2027. JP Capizzi served as Bond Counsel to the Township in this financing.
