$10,000,000 Note issued by the Township of Weehawken

The Township of Weehawken successfully issued a $10,000,000 Tax Anticipation Note of 2026-2027 (Federally Taxable) dated July 29, 2026 to Amboy Bank.  The Note bears interest at the rate of 4.20% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year) payable at maturity on June 1, 2027.  JP Capizzi served as Bond Counsel to the Township in this financing.
