$920,000 of Notes issued by the Borough of Roselle Park

11/08/23: The Borough of Roselle Park successfully issued $920,000 of Notes, consisting of a $630,000 I-Bank Construction Financing Program – Bond Anticipation Note (Clean Water, Project 14h) and a $290,000 I-Bank Construction Financing Program – Bond Anticipation Note (Clean Water, Project 15h) dated November 8, 2023 to the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank. JP Capizzi served as Bond Counsel to the Borough in  this financing.
