The Parking Authority of the Township of Weehawken issued a $3,000,000 Parking Project Note (Township Guaranteed), Series 2020 dated May 12, 2020 to the Hudson County Improvement Authority. The Note bears interest at the rate of 2.50% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year) payable at maturity on May 11, 2021. JP Capizzi served as Guarantor’s Bond Counsel to the Township in this financing.

The Township of Weehawken successfully issued $3,605,000 of Notes, consisting of a $2,180,000 Bond Anticipation Note, Series 2020 B-1 and a $1,425,000 Taxable Bond Anticipation Note, Series 2020 B-2, dated May 12, 2020 to the Hudson County Improvement Authority. The Series 2020 B-1 Note bears interest at the rate of 2.50% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year) payable at maturity on May 11, 2021; and the Series 2020 B-2 Note bears interest at the rate of 2.75% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year) payable at maturity on May 11, 2021. The Note bears interest at the rate of 2.40% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year) payable at maturity on April 22, 2021.
