The Borough of Buena Municipal Utilities Authority successfully issued $1,277,574 of Bonds,
consisting of a $635,000 I-Bank Bond (Clean Water, Project 6) and a $642,574 Fund Bond (Clean Water,
Project 6), dated June 23, 2022 to the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank and the State of New Jersey. JP
Capizzi served as Bond Counsel to the Authority in this financing.
