$16,592,449 of Bonds issued by the North Hudson Sewerage Authority

The North Hudson Sewerage Authority successfully issued $16,592,449 of Bonds, consisting of
a $4,150,000 I-Bank Bond (Clean Water, Project 30) and a $12,442,449 Fund Bond (Clean Water,
Project 30), dated June 23, 2022 to the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank and the State of New Jersey. JP
