The Township of Logan successfully issued a $15,390,000 Bond Anticipation Note, Series 2022 dated October 18, 2022 to Jefferies LLC. Moody’s Investors Service, Inc. assigned the Note a credit rating of “MIG 1”. The Note bears interest at the rate of 4.50% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year) payable at maturity on October 18, 2023; and has a net interest cost of 3.6360%. JP Capizzi served as Bond Counsel to the Township in this financing.
