$3,093,000 Note issued by the Borough of Keyport

The Borough of Keyport successfully issued a $3,093,000 Bond Anticipation Note, Series 2022 dated October 18, 2022 to Amboy Bank.  The Note bears interest at the rate of 3.92% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year) payable at maturity on October 18, 2023.  JP Capizzi served as Bond Counsel to the Borough in this financing.
