$17,618,000 Note issued by the Township of Logan

10/17/23: The Township of Logan successfully issued a $17,618,000 Bond Anticipation Note, Series 2023
dated October 17, 2023 to J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.  Moody’s Investors Service, Inc. assigned a credit rating of “MIG 1” to the Note. The Note bears interest at the rate of 5.00% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year) payable at maturity on October 17, 2024; and has a net interest cost of 4.099%. JP Capizzi served as Bond Counsel to the Township in this financing.
