10/18/23: The North Hudson Sewerage Authority successfully issued a $53,500,000 I-Bank Construction Financing Program – Project Note (Clean Water, Project 42) dated October 18, 2023 to the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank. JP Capizzi served as Bond Counsel to the Authority in this financing.
