The Borough of Buena Municipal Utilities Authority successfully issued a $2,278,533 I-Bank Construction Financing Program – Project Note (Clean Water, Project 7) dated June 24, 2026 to the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank. JP Capizzi served as Bond Counsel to the Authority in this financing.
